The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or related services are prohibited by law.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

DeQrypto offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel a subscription

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service in an unauthorized manner
• Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense signals or platform data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, ML models, signal data, visual designs, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of DeQrypto Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. DeQrypto signals are generated by machine learning models and may be incorrect. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEQRYPTO TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
